	 Wellspring Center for Prevention has partnered with the Carteret School District to create a safe and structured environment within the school community to address the social, emotional and health needs of our students, ensuring that they are better able to be successful in school and in their lives. The PATH is located at Carteret Junior High School and is open to all CJHS students and their families- all services are free of charge. The following is a list of services The PATH provides: Individual and Family Counseling Our licensed mental health counselors provide counseling services to address issues related to depression, anxiety, peer conflict, self-esteem, social issues, anger management and general support. Individual, family and group counseling, referral services and healthy youth development programs are offered. Tier 3 Program includes: weekly individual counseling, academic and behavioral modification support, regular communication with teachers around needs and academic success, daily Advisory group, weekly contact between parent/guardian and The PATH staff, family sessions as needed based, and case management services.
