Dear Families,

Hello and welcome to Fifth Grade! My name is Ms. Decibus, and I am extremely excited to be a part of your child’s middle year's of education! A little bit about me: I am a graduate of Carteret High School where I was a three-sport athlete and now I coach the high school girl's softball team. I have a son who is now leaving his sports legacy at CHS as well. I am a baker, a crafter, and I love to travel. I attend at least one San Francisco 49er game a year! 

 I am also extremely honored to work side by side as the Special Education teacher with my amazing co-teachers!

This is my seventh year teaching 5th grade in Carteret, and my twelfth year teaching overall. Carteret Middle School has an amazing faculty and staff that has welcomed me from the very beginning as well as every unique student I have had the pleasure of being around. There is nothing I would rather do, and I can't wait to get started each new school year.
