Welcome to Carteret Middle School/Carteret Junior High School. I am currently the Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant on the Carteret Middle School and Carteret Junior High School Child Study Teams. This is my 21st year in the Carteret School District. I have had the opportunity to work at both the elementary and middle school levels.  I have been a pre-k teacher, as well as a special education teacher in grades K-8, and have taught reading intervention for students in grades K-12. I have been conducting reading and educational evaluations as a reading specialist and a learning disabilities teacher consultant. As an adjunct professor at Kean University, I have had the opportunity to instruct teachers who are studying to receive their masters' degree in reading specialization. I have lived most of my life in Carteret and I am pleased to be able to work in the same community.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, taking walks, reading, and spending time at the shore.
